Will founded Western Medical Services in 2023 and leads the organisation’s strategic direction and growth. He is passionate about building high-performing teams, developing sustainable healthcare services and creating a culture where people can thrive. His focus is on scaling the business while maintaining exceptional standards of patient care, governance and operational excellence.
When he’s not working, he’s fuelled by coffee, playing with the dog or convincing himself he isn’t thinking about work.
Charlie Herbert

Charlie leads the day-to-day delivery of our ambulance, patient transport and event medical services. As CQC Registered Manager, he is responsible for ensuring our services remain safe, effective and centred around the needs of our patients and clients.
Sasha Hack
People & Culture Lead
Sasha leads Western Medical Services’ people function, overseeing recruitment, workforce administration, employee relations, wellbeing and organisational development. Working closely with the senior leadership team, she plays an important role in supporting decision-making, fostering a positive workplace culture and ensuring our people remain at the heart of everything we do

Sammy Mayhew
Events Operational Supervisor
Sammy works closely with our event teams to support the delivery of safe, effective and professional event medical services. In addition to his event responsibilities, he contributes to the day-to-day management and operation of Western Medical Services.
Matthew Cameron
Transport Operational Supervisor
Matt is responsible for fleet readiness, vehicle maintenance, make-ready operations and station management. He also supports the day-to-day running of Western Medical Services, ensuring our crews and vehicles are prepared to deliver high-quality patient care.

Nikita leads workforce planning, rostering and resource allocation across the organisation. In addition to her responsibilities within our Resource Operations Centre, she supports the day-to-day running of Western Medical Services.

Paramedic
Paul supports colleagues across all grades with training, development and professional growth. In addition to his learning and development role, he plays an active part in the day-to-day operation of Western Medical Services
